Lanterns for Buoys and Spars

Arctia has engaged in close collaboration with the Finnish manufacturer of maritime navigational aid lanterns Sabik Oy for over 20 years. Many of the structural details of Arctia’s buoys and spars as well as Sabik’s ice buoy lanterns have been developed cooperatively with Arctia’s fairway maintenance personnel and buoy factory personnel.

For challenging ice conditions, we recommend the Sabik MPV Led lanterns. Sabik VP Led lanterns provide a solid alternative in milder winter conditions. Nearly any Sabik lanterns can be used in ice-free areas, and all Sabik lanterns are compatible with Arctia’s buoy products.
